Decades before everybody had a billion pixel camera stuck to the back of their wafer-thin smartphones, the Game Boy Camera was the height of technological advances. The bulky accessory plugged into the cartridge port and took pixellated, low-res snaps that are actually sort of in vogue nowadays. Expect an Instagram filter based on it soon. The Camera came with some neat extras, including the accompanying Game Boy Printer, which let you get tiny paper copies of you pics = or even stickers! - which you could edit on the handheld with borders and goofy adjustments to the images. Harmless fun! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3OddCwvpkQ Since it was technically a Game Boy title, the Camera did come loaded with a couple of "games", that were of a sub-WarioWare level. They were fairly light and silly, until you got to the RPG-alike fighting game which gave, amongst the usual options, a RUN command. Like Pokemon, right? Well, no, because running from a battle in Pokemon doesn't bring up a series of terrifying edited Game Boy photos accompanied by the haunting message WHO ARE YOU RUNNING FROM? Nightmares. The answer is that anybody would played the game was running from these nightmares. And they never could.
