7. Nathan Drake Was Originally Based On Johnny Knoxville
Although the most recent version of Drake seen in Uncharted 4 has more than a passing resemblance to voice actor Nolan North (to aid in getting a more realistic and emotive performance), originally in coming off the back of Jak & Daxter and assumedly to pay homage to their more "Radical, bro" 90s roots, Drake was set to look and act like Jackass star, Johnny Knoxville.
Thankfully, Naughty Dog reigned things in a bit and went with someone who has way more universal appeal, creating one of the most iconic heroes of them all in the process.
