Though Halo 5's single player campaign may have been a crushing disappointment, the series' value for money has always stemmed from the multiplayer component, and while there's sadly no split-screen multiplayer this time, the online offering is still as vibrant and entertaining as ever. It doesn't reinvent the wheel, but then, does it need to? The addictive quality of previous Halo games is out in full form here, and the addition of the insane Warzone mode adds even more chaos to the established online Halo formula. Even though the maps arguably aren't as good as the best games in the series and the Requisition points system has been contentious at best, it's still hard to pull yourself away because the core gameplay is so water-tight.
