EA, it’s time. The Hawkman is making a comeback, and you just know EA is watching the situation closely.
Fans have been calling out for Skate 4 for years, but the series hasn’t been seen since 2010. While developer EA Black Box was shut down in 2013, the publisher has a wealth of studios at their disposal.
With EA’s current tenure of the Star Wars licence, we could get some crazy unlockable characters, too. While we're just as excited as the next person for Tony Hawk's return there's simply no substitute for Skate's more realistic take on the sport.
With its innovative analogue stick-focused trick system, there's surely plenty of life in this old boarder yet – but for now we'll have to console ourselves with the backwards compatible Skate 3.
