As Sega was beginning to see the end of their time as a console manufacturer, one director, Tez Okano, worked on a small passion project featuring Sega's most bizarre crossover concept yet- an RPG starring itself.

Segagaga is a Dreamcast game that takes place in the year 2025. Players are put in the shoes of teenager Tarō Sega as he's tasked with saving Sega's 3% market share from it's competition of the evil DOGMA, and bring them back to the top of the market.

To do this, the player battles and builds Sega's top brands and mascots back into top shape, facing off against development studio staff and their creations- such as Mecha Ralph Macchio, star of Karate Kid.

I swear, this game actually exists.
