12 Weirdest Franchise Crossovers In Video Games

4. Fight Night Round 2 Meets Punch-Out!

In the early days of the Gamecube, EA and Nintendo entered a sponsorship deal where Nintendo's properties could appear in EA's sports games.

This typically meant Mario, Luigi, and Peach showing up in SSX or NBA Street, but when it came to EA's boxing sim, Fight Night, switching to the far lesser known Little Mac seemed like a much more fitting idea than letting Mario get bruised and bloody.

Only the execution is a bit... baffling, to say the least.

While everyone else is realistically designed, Little Mac's blonde SNES-style locks are adorned atop of a humongous, cartoon head that looks freakishly alien next to everyone else.

Please, never let me see this again.
