8. Bewitching Banished Knights And A Crab For Niall And Dungeater
Commander Niall is an incredibly difficult boss on his own already, even without the two Banished Knights he summons making the fight infinitely harder to manage. However, some players have figured out a way to make those summons fight FOR them.
The Bewitching Branch is an under-utilised tool, since it doesn't apply to a lot of bosses. It does, however, apply to Niall's Banished Knights. Running up to where they spawn at the beginning of the fight and using a Bewitching Branch on one or both of them is very helpful in managing the fight.
Another helpful and hilarious use of the Bewitching Branch is during Dungeater's invasion in the Outer Moat, if you've begun his questline. Many a player may have experienced a gigantic Death Blight crab interrupting that fight, damaging both the player and Dungeater.
As it turns out, you can use a Bewitching Branch on that Crab, and have it destroy Dungeater for you with Death Blight. While you can bait it to hit Dungeater without bewitching it, this just makes the whole process easier.
