Metacritic Score: 51-59 While critics were right to call out Airtight Games' latest title for its relatively uneven visual presentation, as everyone knows, graphics certainly don't make or break a game, and that's definitely the case with this inventive supernatural detective story. The nitty gritty of finding clues and investigating your own demise is a total blast, as well as interacting with other restless souls going about resolving their own unfinished business. In addition, combat and stealth sections help break things up and keep gameplay relatively varied throughout. While the game certainly could've done more in the visuals and characterisation departments, it's an ambitious and entertaining effort that mostly works, and certainly wasn't worthy of the scathing reviews it received, which combined with poor sales resulted in Airtight closing just a month after the game hit stores.
