The Hype: Telltale Games returns with a standalone follow-up to last year's episodic Batman series, this time depicting the Caped Crusader's pursuit of The Riddler, while "John Doe" (aka The Joker) will apparently also make a return.

People love Telltale. People love Batman. The hype is real.

Why It'll Disappoint: Though Telltale's Batman series was generally well-received, it was also criticised for its rampant technical issues, especially on consoles, which made the experience less-than-ideal to say the least.

Moreover, Telltale's refusal to give their dated engine a significant overhaul means that The Enemy Within is likely to launch with a similar abundance of bugs, and even if not, it'll probably still look visually behind-the-times.
