1. Half-Life 3
And finally, of course, it's our annual tradition to include Half-Life 3 in this list until Valve actually decides to announce the damn thing. Confirming Half-Life 3's existence would break the Internet alone, but if we saw actual gameplay? Heart attacks would be had.
Even if the final game can't possibly live up to all the insane hype, the mere fact it exists would finally give a legion of desperate fans the beginnings of some much-needed closure.
How Likely Is It?: For starters, Valve doesn't need to go to E3 to announce Half-Life 3, and they're such an idiosyncratic company they'll probably just reveal it on a random Tuesday afternoon. Hell, maybe they'll just dump the entire game on Steam and wait to see how long it takes people to notice.
But no, it won't be at E3...probably? There's still that tiny sliver of hope, but no, it's not happening. 0.1/10
