14 Most Hotly-Anticipated Video Games Of Summer 2016 - Ranked
1. No Man's Sky
Is it going to be good, bad, or meh? I'm going with the former, simply because if any part of you enjoys a good 'walking simulator' i.e. Gone Home, Firewatch, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, etc. taking an intergalactic stroll across an entire other galaxywill be quite the day out indeed.
Naturally, that's not all there is to No Man's Sky, as you've also got flying, spaceship dogfights, trade routes to pillage and alien languages to learn and barter with, but the hook is in the exploration.
Hello Games look to have devised a way to build entire worlds, 'simply' by creating a number of interworking formulas that dictate everything from animal and plant life, to the colour of the clouds in the sky and grass at your feet.
That alone has been the source of many delays and much ire from the public - especially seeing as we've seen a ton of trailers and footage at this point yet no final code - but come August 9th, we'll know for sure.
Let us know in the comments what you're most looking forward to, and if you'd re-rank the games shown so far!
