7. The Twins - Dead Rising 2

Dead Rising's combat has always felt far more at home when you're deploying all sorts of crowd-clearing moves to thin the zombie ranks, not when you've gotta get your Dark Souls on and start studying animations and avoiding attacks. As such, coming up against the dual power of the Twins (who you're forced to fight up close thanks to them both having substantially devastating melee weapons) is one of the hardest in the whole game, alongside highlighting just how ill-fitting the act of trying to manage two fast-moving targets can be.
