2. Crystal Dynamics Forgot To Put The Opening Cinematic In Tomb Raider: Legend

We've all had bad days, but when you're shipping the latest instalment featuring one of the most iconic and well known characters of all time, you might want to do one final check of your to-do list.

To that end, Crystal Dynamics - somehow - completely missed adding the introductory movie for Tomb Raider: Legend's original Xbox version. Due to games back then not having access to patches and additional content, it remains intro-less to this day.

In fairness, the developers did notice - it was just too late. They promptly pleaded with publishers Eidos for a resubmission, but due to time constraints (read: "We'd rather have the money sooner, rather than later"), Legend was released in an unfinished state.

Not like publishers to force their devs to release their masterworks unfinished, is it? *cough* Warner Bros. with Arkham Knight *cough* Ubisoft with Assassin's Creed Unity *cough* EA with Mass Effect 3 *cough*
