5. Monopoly Plus - Collector (150G)

Description: Get one property of each colour.Estimated unlock time: 10 minutes.

Alright, so this achievement is going to require multiple players, but technically those multiple players can all be controlled by you with one controller, so it's still eligible for this list. To obtain the achievement, all you're going to need to do is acquire one of each property color, and make sure you do this for the player who's under the main account.

What makes this so easy, other than the fact that everything is under your control, is the fact that when someone lands on a property they can choose to caution it or buy it. Every single time you land on a property just put it up for auction and buy it at the lowest price with the main account. Depending on how each player rolls, this could go by fast - or it could take a little time to land on that last property.

While it won't exactly be a fun experience, it will certainly be rewarding when that 150G achievement pops up.
