10. The Vault Of Glass - Destiny
The Challenge: Destiny's infamous end-game raid The Vault of Glass has been punishing players ever since it released shortly after launch, a true test of your skill if also entirely contingent on how cohesive your 6-player team is. Why It's So Difficult: Even ignoring the immense amount of time you need to sink into the game to be half-ready to take on the Vault, the raid itself is one hell of a slog, and countless teams have reported spending upwards of 10 hours trying to reach and defeat the end-boss, Atheon. Now that the solutions are online, the average time for a skilled squad should be 2 or 3 hours, but with Bungie patching the final boss battle to be even more difficult, it's absolutely still something that only the most hardcore Destiny players should bother attempting. Otherwise, it's a massive time sink, and are the semi-random rewards really worth the tens of hours put into it?
