15 Video Games That REWARD YOU For Playing Badly
7. Bully
Although Grand Theft Auto: Puberty allowed you to semi-freely explore both Bullworth Academy and the nearby town in typical Rockstar fashion, there were some exclusive mechanics the likes of which you never have to worry about while terrorising the streets of San Andreas.
Given that Jimmy is a student you are, surprise surprise, expected to attend classes in various subjects including music, chemistry and geography. Each class consists of a mini-game; passing them will net you some rewards to use outside of lessons, such as smoke bombs or romantic interactions (seriously, what happens in that art class?)
However, in order to fully unlock everything in the game, the player must fail a class five times. If you're hopelessly crap at anagrams or have no sense of timing, it's possible to manage this without specifically trying. Your reward for being rubbish is, to rub salt in the wound, a dunce cap.
Moreover, if you're poor enough to be caught breaking rules on school grounds, and can't escape, there is also a chance Jimmy may be sent to detention, another mini-game.
Full completion cannot be achieved without passing this at least once, so playing badly is actually beneficial if you're aiming for 100%. Just don't try this at school, kids.
