15 Worst Street Fighter Characters Of All Time

4. Rufus

Almost simultaneously, the Tekken and Street Fighter series introduced obese American characters to their rosters. While it'd be overly PC to call the 'fat American' stereotype offensive, it does feel like the low-hanging fruit of character design. While Rufus has some decent moves, his super-agile moveset means that he has the ridiculous appearance of a giant blubbery ball bouncing around the screen. Frankly, he just doesn't fit in. To do that, he needs to sort that outfit out for one, or at least make a moveset that matches his appearance.
