15 Worst Street Fighter Characters Of All Time

9. Seth

Right up there with Gill as one of the worst-designed Street Fighter characters of all time is Street Fighter IV big boss Seth, who looks like yet-another generic superhero-type character who shamelessly and lazily imitates that bald, all-grey/blue appearance of iconic superheroes like Dr Manhattan or Silver Surfer. Seth's 'genetically engineered super-being' storyline does little to redeem his vacant character, nor does the fact that his moves are mostly borrowed from other characters in the series. And what is with the arbitrary rotating yin-yang in his stomach? The whole design feels like it was conceived by a jaded designer at the end of a 24-hour shift who submitted thinking, "Meh, it'll do".
