There are actually multiple sex dolls located around the various levels of Modern Warfare 2 (something PC owners took great delight in multiplying with mods, to create entire platoons of them in some levels), and although you can see the side of one doll poking out from above a piece of furniture on the Salvage map, there's another that's, shall we say, 'A bit more welcoming'. Fire up the Safehouse mission from the campaign, and when you get to Makarov's house, take a look into the evildoer's bathtub. You'll find a blow-up doll nestling comfortably in the bottom, and although you can't interact with it aside from shooting, it's a pretty random immersion-breaking inclusion that many wouldn't have discovered on their first runthrough.
