Looking like something Napoleon Dynamite would draw on the back of a notepad, the cover art for Blood 'N Guts is almost impressive in its terribleness. From the hilariously juvenile muscles, to the bizarrely homoerotic Ivan the Terrible on the right, this is a masterpiece of bad design.
