Okay, maybe 2016 isn't the best year to make this point being everything from Batman to The Witcher and even the final Metal Gear has popped out across the last year year or so.... but all the same, it's too easy after so many miles travelled alongside the industry to settle back into the mindset of "Ohh, but what if they're not all that?"

Batman was more of the same with a much nicer graphics engine, The Witcher only got played to completion by people who already vowed to do so, and Metal Gear made about as much sense as a tap-dancing pheasant singing Blurred Lines.
