13. Bill Turns Himself Into A Pokémon

In generation one, the mystery around the 'Someone' who was helping the player manage their inventory of battling creatures was fascinating from the moment we first booted up a Pokémon Centre PC. This mystery then took a turn for the hilarious when we finally got to meet the person behind the PC storage system.

Arriving at Bill's house presented the player with no immediate signs of the PC genius, but we quickly find that the Pokémon stood in the middle of the room is actually the man himself. It turns out Bill has managed to blend his consciousness into the body of a Pokémon in a move that would've made Jeff Goldblum proud.

The player is quickly able to help Bill reverse the effects of his failed transportation attempt, but the ease with which he's able to "become" a Pokémon raises questions. Obviously there are many Pokémon that take humanoid form or shape, but are any actually related to humans in the way that apes are in the real world?
