It's up to you and a group of survivors to fight your way through the infected, using anything from a frying pan to a shotgun. For effectiveness, we definitely recommend the shotgun.

The games are pretty much similar to the film, the gamer wakes up from a drug-induced state having been kidnapped and must then navigate their way around an asylum, whilst solving deadly puzzles and defending themselves against the inhabitants by using whatever weapon they find at their disposal. Do you want to play a game? Well yes, actually, and if you're a SAW fan looking for a gory game, pick this.
