Developer: Rockstar San Diego Released: 2010 Platform: Playstation 3, Xbox 360 Red Dead Redemption isn't just an amazing Wild West title, it's one of the best games ever made. Rockstar's epic managed to be both a massive commercial success and incredibly popular with critics. It had just one problem: no zombies. Fortunately, Rockstar were quick to rectify this error. Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare was a DLC pack that introduced a brand new story in which the Wild West is overrun by hordes of zombies. It wasn't brilliant in the same way the base game was, but it did a great job of making the player feel like they were battling through a schlocky zombie B-movie. Not only is the combination of cowboys and zombies awesome, but headshots were the only way to kill the undead for good, making it one of the closest video games to Romero's original vision.
