5. Silent Hills Isn't The First Cancelled Game In The Series

Gamers are rightfully cut up about the apparent cancellation of Silent Hills, but it wasn't the first promising entry in the Silent Hill series to be cancelled before completion. The first one that involved a fully-rendered 3-D model of Norman Reedus from The Walking Dead, admittedly, which is now presumably just sat on a Konami desktop somewhere, unusued. One was the previously unannounced Silent Hill: The Box. Which looked like it would've been fantastic...had they ever gotten a chance to pitch it to Konami before they went under.
