20 Most Replayable Video Game Moments Of The 2000s

17. Call Of Duty: World At War (2008) - Digging In In Zombie Mode

Remember World At War? Sandwiched between the first two Modern Warfare games, and made by the same team behind Call of Duty's earlier WWII-set games, World At War is largely forgotten because the disrespectful youth of today just don't care about old wars anymore. There's that, and the fact that it just wasn't a very good game. But one aspect of WaW that's worth going back to is the multiplayer Nazi Zombies mode. Completely at odds with the tone of the rest of the game, it sees you and your buddy shacked up in a creaky old house or other building, barricading all entry-points, and desperately fending off the endless hordes. Essentially, it's what would've happened if the folk in Night of the Living Dead were packing some serious firepower. Sure, Nazi zombies may sound like a cliché today, but we'll have you know that WaW did it before Dead Snow went all Hollywood with the idea.
