6. Aura Interactor

Aura
Platform: Snes & Sega Genesis
Worst Feature: The $160 pricetag. We're unsure why anyone would want the Aura Interactor, beyond young kids that are easily susceptible to cheesy 90's advertising. The device would sort of thump your chest whenever low frequency sounds played, such as a gunshot. However, it had no way of telling the difference between different sounds, so more often than not it would just continuously vibrate.
5. Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw

NubyTech Inc
Platform: Gamecube
Worst Feature: The button positions were incredibly unintuitive. We've got to admit, this chainsaw controller released to celebrate Resident Evil 4's release looks pretty amazing. Unfortunately, it was ridiculously impractical, and actually playing the game with it was extremely difficult. It probably would've been better to leave it as a buttonless model.
4. Rez Trance Vibrator

Sega
Platform: Playstation 2
Worst Feature: It was only released in Japan. In one of the most questionable gaming industry decisions ever, a special edition of Rez was released in Japan with this vibrating peripheral. It would vibrate in time with the music, but much more strongly than the Dualshock controller. While the device was reverse engineered to be used for less innocent purposes, Rez gamers were confused as to where the developers actually wanted them to put the strange accessory.
