While the jump between PS3 and PS4 wasn't as big as the one between PS2 and PS3, the most recent consoles have still allowed developers to do things that simply wouldn't be possible on older hardware.

Case in point: the leap in graphical fidelity between the PS3 and PS4 Uncharted games.

If you need a quick indication of how much more powerful the PS4 system is when compared to its predecessor, get this: on PS3, Nate's whole skeleton was made up of 250 bones - but on PS4, there are 800 bones just in his face.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
