20 Video Games That Are About To Make A HUGE Comeback

16. Lego Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight

Traveller's Tales

Although Batman has featured in multiple Lego spin-offs in recent years, the caped crusader hasn't led his own Lego title since 2014.

Luckily, Gotham's protector will don the cowl in 2026's Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. Based on the previews, it feels like Traveller's Tales bent over backwards to craft the ultimate Batman experience, incorporating key elements from the comics, Tim Burton's Batman adaptations, The Dark Knight trilogy, and Matt Reeves' The Batman. Anyone pining for another Batman: Arkham game will be giddy to hear the latest blocky adventure uses gameplay elements from the series, including gadgets, aerial travel, stealth mechanics, and combat.

Even though the goofy humour is back, the trailer hints at a more in-depth analysis of Bruce Wayne, especially since his origins as a vigilante are explored. The game provides seven playable characters and two-player co-op, letting friends team up to protect Gotham from the Joker, Bane, the Penguin, and the nefarious Condiment King,

Though Legacy of the Dark Knight could've been more of the same, it might turn out to be the best Batman game we've had in a while.
