4. The Green Graphic Glitch

This looks terrible and is mightily distracting to the gamer. It undermines the whole gameplay experience. Some have compared this green outline to a mutation, or an alien like glow. Whatever you want to call it, you can't help but to say "what the f***" when you first come across it.
