21 Most Replayable Video Games Of The 2000s

3. World Of Warcraft

115 million players can't be wrong. Even though The King Of MMORPGs has been going for a decade strong, the numbers have grown in strength to strength alongside, thanks in no part to a full mainstream embrace of Blizzard's momentous achievement that includes Big Bang Theory references, celebrity ad campaigns, and that oh-so fantastic episode of South Park: Make Love, Not Warcraft. A total game-changer in it's day, there have been many MMOs since, with the most recent that was touted to at least make a dint in the crown being The Elder Scrolls Online. Sadly a world where hundreds of people are instanced into potentially meaningful situations and dialogue-exchanges by way of first-person combat and a plethora of glitches does not an enjoyable experience make, leaving the millions to remain in the ever-expanding world of Azeroth where they can continue to live a virtual life of questing and companionship to their heart's content. Replay it specifically for: The occasional need to do something away from taxes and the drudgery of dragging your barely-moving husk into work the next day, as going for a stroll down the Elwynn Forest with a posse of friends ready to do battle is a much more pleasing concept. 'Team-building' they say? We got this.
