Postal 2 is infamous for its violence to such an extent that it is known outside of the gaming sphere. Despite being a shoddy game, it managed to capture the attention of non-gamers thanks to its politically incorrect depiction of violence.
This is a game where you can pour gasoline on an innocent bystander, light them on fire, and extinguish it by urinating on them. Other acts of violence include knocking a persons head off with a shovel, dismembering people with a machete, and using a poor cat as a silencer for your machine gun.
Granted, the game isnt nearly as shocking as it was at the time, but the fact that it continues to be referenced as evidence of the moral degradation of society by the ignorant is a testament to the games brutal content. Its too bad the game is only worth playing for about five minutes.
