Ramon Salazar one of the principle antagonists in Resident Evil 4 is the ruler of Salazar Castle and member of the Los Illuminados cult. He also dresses like Napoleon and somehow resembles both an old man and a small child simultaneously. Honestly, this guys one of the most entertain things about the fourth instalment; his conversations with Leon over the radio are delightfully theatrical, and his overblown, melodramatic dialogue makes for endless fun. What truly makes Salazar a WTF moment is his introduction. Up to that point, the game had upheld a fairly serious tone, maintaining a sombre atmosphere every step of the way; then suddenly, a tiny Napoleon turns up and the game descends into lunacy. If anything, Ramon Salazar represents a drastic tonal shift that transforms the game into something far more comical and self-reflexive.
