30 Cutest Video Game Characters Of All Time

24. Diddy Kong

Diddy Kong is in essence a more youthful and exuberant version of his uncle. He displays a much more carefree nature as well as occasionally being a little bit naughty, but this just endears people to him even more. With his little red cap and vest, Diddy Kong has been on a variety of adventures with his uncles but always keeps smiling. The loveable chimp is especially adept at racing in a variety of vehicles as demonstrated in Diddy Kong Racing. And we can€™t think of many things more adorable than watching a monkey flying an aeroplane.

23. Lemmings

Nearly every gamer will know what Lemmings are. These creatures are completely dependent on the player to get them to safety. They will plunge to their deaths if not given appropriate instructions. Despite their apparent lack of ability to look after themselves, the green-headed Lemmings are able to carry out a number of roles, such as digging, building, bombing and climbing. So they aren€™t totally useless. They bare a passing resemblance to the fury real-life lemmings. Unlike them though they can stand up straight and have bright green air, making them appear more human. It€™s hard not to feel bad for the little guys as they die in ever more imaginative ways.

22. Starfy

Starfy is the titular character from The Legendary Starfy. In all honesty the whole game is one big attempt get you to say €œaww€. Essentially Starfy is a cuddly star who never stops smiling, but not in a smug sense. Starfy also has a couple of friends that help to amp up his cute factor, as can be seen above. He also lives in a place called Pufftop Palace and has a sidekick in the form of a rabbit who dresses up like an astronaut. Just in case you still don€™t think that Starfy has what it takes to compete with puppies and kitten, then you should see his power-ups. Normal characters like Mario go for stuff like turning into Fire Mario. Starfy instead puts on a range of costumes, ranging from a seal to a ghost.
