Slimes are a weak and widespread enemy that have appeared in the majority of Dragon Quest games. They generally have very little power and cant really cause too much harm to players (unless of course you manage to be attacked by a gang of them). In some appearances the little critters have even been friendly towards the player rather than enemies. While Slimes is something of an off-putting name they look much more like a smiling water droplet than anything more disgusting like a slug. Nevertheless we cant help but feel a tang of guilt every time we have to beat a Slime up, because just look at their faces. It just feels like punching a kitten.
17. Gomez
Gomez is the protagonist of the puzzle-platformer Fez. The art style in the game is absolutely gorgeous and Gomez is no different. The simple nature of his pixel appearance helps him to stand out. He has tiny limbs, no mouth or nose and unassuming eyes that combine to make a charming character that its hard to feel any ill-will towards. The fact that he looks fairly harmless and innocent also makes it much easier to like him. But what really makes him distinctive and charming is his little red fez. This magical headwear not only looks cool but allows him to see in three dimensions.
16. Servbots
The Servbots are a collection of small robots that carry out a wide variety of tasks in the Mega Man Legends series. They are totally obedient to their master and incredibly hard-working, although their small size makes them vulnerable. Throughout most of their appearances, the Servbots have a friendly and almost childlike personality. They play together and look much more like toys than evil henchman. They are often exploited (which only goes to win them some sympathy votes) and made to do their masters bidding, but we get the impression theyd much rather being having fun. Besides they look exactly like Lego men, and everyone knows how cute those little Lego folk are.
