14. The Witcher 2: Assassins Of Kings
In some decision-driven RPGs, you know what course of action is 'the right thing to do', but not in the Witcher 2. Sometimes what seems to be the obvious 'good' choice will have terrible repercussions, and be felt in a big way. The Witcher 2 is a masterpiece of storytelling, and it still looks absolutely incredible today, even though it's been several years since it was released.
When levelling protagonist Geralt's combat abilities, you really feel the difference in the battles, rather than having a mildly more powerful attack. In fact, the combat in WItcher 2 is so good it even got it's own arena mode which was separate from the main game.
