5 Awesome Video Game Composers You Should be Listening To Right Now

bignic Who is bignic? It€™s a good question. His Twitter account describes him as a €œmusician/programmer/trained monkey and developer of Zombies.,€ but his website offers no details beyond a catalog featuring the albums he has for sale and his one game, the aforementioned and incredibly fun Zombies. The game also happens to have a stellar and rather beefy soundtrack. Just look at it, that€™s 32 tracks without any half-minute filler nonsense. What impresses me most is the emotional variety on the soundtrack. Just compare the appropriately depressing €œSad Drunk Alone and F*cking Miserable€ with the upbeat €œDone€ to get an idea of what I mean. I guess it shouldn€™t be so surprising that there€™s that much good music here since, according to the site€™s catalog, bignic€™s been releasing albums since early 2003, so the guy has had a good bit of practice. It shows. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ag93XpPIoyU Visit bignic€™s site to view his catalog (including some free albums and a demo of Zombies.).
