5. Money and XP System
GTA 4 featured money as a way of levelling up. The system worked fine, but free mode offered no way for players to earn cash and the modes that do are mostly dead. As mentioned throughout this article, there must be many options included for earning rewards: an XP system could track your level, and earning cash through things like levelling up, selling guns and cars and killing rivals would offer a way to buy new things. A crew would also have a bank account that is accessible by all members to buy things like safehouses for crew use. Personal use is for car and guns upgrades and new clothing options. A dual system, like the COD Points/XP point system from Black Ops, offers incentive to do more in your games. So there you have it, just a few ways that GTA V's online mode could kick ass on release. GTA 4 had fun, but it was ultimately an empty and shallow mode offering little more than hours of fun so I hope GTAV has more options and more to do. Agree or disagree? Let us know in the comments.
