3. Nessie
For those of you who are thoroughly convinced of the existence of a creature even remotely as large as Nessie, shoot me an email and I will
gladly counter every argument that you can muster. I think
most of us can agree on the mythological nature of the beast but for the time being let me explain to you the profound disgust I have concerning Nessie's absence from the great halls of gaming. Well, there's not much contempt really, just a longing for the fabled beast in modern video games. A title that emphasizes the creature would be stellar in my book. Imagine a title that had Pokemon Snap type gameplay and featured underwater levels that required the player to take photos of all the illustrious creatures of the deep. It could even be branded as an educational title and render the critics in the industry to shudder with fear at the mere mention of an underwater rendition of Pokemon Snap. Furthermore, with a bit of hard work and perseverence, a title called Nessie, could have the ol' girl back in news again. Would it be great to have a game developed from the ground up with Nessie in mind? Yes. Would it be practical?... Maybe?
