4. Controls
While this game was an undeniable achievement in gaming, the actual gameplay is irreparably flawed. Grand Theft Auto IV is nearly identical to every GTA before it, and that is a very bad thing. The controls are stiff and sometimes unresponsive; this is mostly true when you are driving. True story: this game is impossible to play when your hand is broken or in any way not at 100%. The controls are that stiff. Others games with similar control schemes, like Assassins Creed II or even Saints Row II, do not have this issue. Targeting and vehicle handling issues plague this title; look up gameplay footage for proof of this.
