4. An Overhaul On The Analogs
One thing that always bothered me with the previous DualShocks was the analog sticks. While responsive and reliable depending on which game you played, they at times felt a little too detached from the experience thanks their looseness and awkward ellipses used as player movement. Ever play a platformed like Ratchet & Clank and move either too far or not at all because your finger slipped off the top of one analog stick? I sure do. Thankfully Sony figured out the only solution to the matter, and one that needed to be done with the new generation consoles: a redesigned set of analog sticks with proper finger rests. Microsoft has always realised this crucial element, and now Sony has finally learned that it analog cooperation to guarantee a proper gaming experience. The new analog sticks are remarkable; sticking with the placement from the previous DualShocks, they are much smaller in height and width and are fitted perfectly to the user. They're more responsive than ever thanks to the finger rests, and now playing is as user-friendly as ever.
