5 Reasons We're Still Playing Red Dead Redemption

3. Story

My redemption isn't dead. Red Dead Redemption's story is possibly one of the greatest stories told on this generation of consoles. Players have (this is something I'm guilty of) replayed Red Dead Redemption's single-player story over and over again. Yes, it sounds insane; but the story really is that compelling. The character development and constant change of scenery provoked gamers to want more. After I completed the game, I wanted to replay the game again (I'm sure other gamers have done this as well) because I wanted to see if my knowledge of the future would somehow help me change the outcome at the end of the game (which of course it didn't). Since 2010, I've made it a tradition to replay Red Dead Redemption at least once a year.
