1. Easy Power

And finally in this sequence of events, in a world full of "simple" people, one will always rise. That one lucky person who manages to avoid this curse will wake up and realize just how easy it is to rule the world. With no one smart enough to stop them, why not give it a try? Of course it usually ends in failure as the chosen ones also arise to help the helpless, but you can blame it on that one gene in your body that succumbed to stupidity. Don't worry, they won't know the difference. With that said, our world is - thankfully - not even remotely similar. We have common sense, we have laws, we have animal control, and we certainly have lots and lots of people. Aren't you glad?
