Sexuality plays a major part of the game’s plot, and multiple scenes include bare breasts, bondage, sadomasochism, public sex and offscreen oral sex. Various death scenes include disembowelment and exsanguination. It also included two uses of the word ‘’f**k’’ which was pretty extreme for a game that arrived on shelves in 1996.

Due to the extreme levels of sex and violence, the game was banned in multiple countries, although was eventually un-banned in some after undergoing heavy censorship.
