6. Star Wars Lightsaber Fighting Game
Star Wars has had a number of fighting games in the past and to call them all terrible would be too nice. Star Wars: Masters of Teräs Käsi was the worst Star Wars game ever made - oh wait I forgot about that terrible Kinect game, well, second place isn't bad.
However, with three eras of Star Wars characters to borrow from, a close combat, lightsaber fighting game could be truly amazing.
If you are limiting this game to purely lightsaber focused characters you would have to exclude iconic characters such as Han Solo and Chewbacca, but you could still recreate iconic scenes and even create new fights between a ton of iconic characters.
Luke, Rey and Anakin could all fight to determine which is the better trilogy (the original trilogy of course, unless Episode IX is literally a gift from God)
How Likely Is It For This Game To Happen?: The idea of stabbing Anakin Skywalker with a lightsaber until he shuts up about his hatred for sand is almost as appealing to us as money is to EA, (who currently holds the license for Star Wars video games) so I'd say something like this is actually very likely.
