7 Reasons Why GTA 6 Should Be Grand Theft Auto London
The Grand Theft Auto franchise is a British phenomenon, each providing a view from Blighty on America; its humour, lifestyle, politics, culture. Finding such huge success with each release, almost all GTA games have been set in the USA and the forthcoming GTA V is no different. However, if a future GTA game was to be set outside America, there's very few cities that could work as well as Britain's own capital London. I know GTA has been in London before, back in its early days, but with new consoles around the corner Rockstar would be able to use the more powerful graphics and processors etc to create something truly authentic. London has been the centre of many historical events from the Great Fire of London to The Blitz (aka The Second Great Fire of London), and with a London setting you can create your own history in a city that reeks with the stuff. With 33 districts it would be like having 33 cities to visit, each with their own look and feel, and if Rockstar could map out every major street and alley, (not impossible considering Rockstar), then that would make for a truly compelling game, and allow you to do the knowledge while sat on your backside in the front room. London has a diverse range of people and cultures with more than 300 languages spoken in the city, and with its place as a world financial centre and well publicised politics and media scandals, there are endless amounts of possible missions, characters and plots for a story.
