5. The Public Transport System
Most GTA games had a transport system that took you around the city (or in SA the entire state), in GTA London (as Im calling it), you would have the Underground and the double decker buses, and the Underground stations could be used as a fast travel option when you have discovered each station. The same with the buses, the buses would operate like their real life counterparts and each number bus would travel a different route and you would use a particular bus to get to where you want to be. The Black Taxis could also be used to run Taxi missions just like in GTA of old. You can also use the Black Cabs as a service like the taxis in GTA IV, this time you would get the cabbie drivers well known political views and opinions. You could also go on a sight seeing tour of the city just like the helicopter tours in GTA IV and there are numerous airports in London so there is high chance for flying aircraft around the city. On the transport subject, you would get the congestion charge, and the old bill would send in the artillery if you do not pay it, unless of course you are driving an environmentally friendly car, in which case you dont pay the charge but you will get ridiculed mercilessly by petrol heads for being natures bitch.
