So, to the surprise of no one, turns out that walking around in a first person shooter and blasting women in the face isn't a good thing, yet unlike many other games on this list, Soldier of Fortune's punishment for evil players of this persuasion wasn't actually something that was coded into the game by the developers.

You see, throughout this gore-soaked shooter, the player will sometimes come across innocent people that are just caught in the crossfire.

The game encourages you to spare these people at all times, as you know, they've done nothing wrong bar going on a bagel run to the bad side of town, but if the player manages to shoot women specifically then their death screams have a chance of looping over and over.

This torturous noise only escalates should the player continue down this evil path until the noises drown out the sound of gunfire and action, serving as a rather horrifying reminder of their actions.

In essence, one could say this evil choice quite literally came back to haunt the player, with the spirits of the deceased taunting you relentlessly.

So in short, don't shoot innocent women in the face.
