Believe it or not I am not all that coordinated when it comes to rhythm, in fact there’s a good chance that I look like a spider caught in an up-draught when it comes to dancing, therefore it should come as no surprise when I tell you that while I LOVE Crypt Of The Necrodancer, I am not good at it in the slightest.

Keeping to a beat while dodging and attacking beasts is something that I find overwhelming on the later stages, so the thought of completing the game as Coda is quite literally impossible for me. Hell, the game's designers even state as much if you choose to play through the game as this purple-skinned punk.

So what makes this so challenging?

Well Coda is a bit picky when it comes to weapons and can only use the dagger, nor does the idea of wearing armour suit, and therefore they get absolutely no shielding, but the real kicker comes from what happens if you miss a beat or pick up a single piece of gold.

Oh, and they also move at double speed, meaning you’ve got twice the amount of opportunities to mess up. Brilliant right?!

According to the game's wiki, only 30 or so people have laid claim to this completion.

Now we don't feel quite so bad.
