Expect the announcement of this year's Showcase mode to be heralded by that infamous *GONG!*.

For those who don't know, Showcase mode focuses on an individual WWE superstar and lets you play as them through some of the biggest matches of their career. And with over 30 years of matches to choose from, an Undertaker-themed Showcase has the potential to be the best yet.

Shawn Michaels at WrestleManias 25 and 26; Brock Lesnar at No Way out 2022; that Hell in a Cell match against Mick Foley...these are just a handful of matches of matches that warrant inclusion in celebrating The Undertaker's legendary career, and we can't wait to see what makes the cut when Showcase mode swings the spotlight onto the Dead Man.

(Having said that, we secretly hope Undertaker's infamously terrible match against Giant Gonzalez at WrestleMania IX makes its way in as a bonus bout. As great as the Undertaker was, the poor sod had to work with some stiffs - pun very much intended - in his first few years at WWE).
